Free shipping is provided by The Eternity Rose for every order.

We use only FedEx Priority shipping in the US, which aims to deliver within 1-3 days after dispatch, to most regions in the United States. The FedEx service also includes Saturday deliveries.

Our warehouse is located in Michigan, so orders placed from nearby states are often received the day following dispatch. Orders placed from the West coast may take up to 5 days.

At The Eternity Rose, we appreciate that products need to be delivered quickly and in a reliable and predictable manner to ensure that the gift item is ready for the important occasion. To achieve this goal, we utilize the latest and most up-to-date technology in processing orders, to ensure the gift arrives on time and in perfect condition.

Orders received before 1:00pm (business days) are generally dispatched the following day. Orders received after 1:00pm are generally dispatched two days following order placement.

Weekend orders are processed on the Monday and dispatched on the Tuesday (except public holidays).

Immediately the item is dispatched, we email you a tracking number so that you are able to monitor the progress of your delivery.

If you do not receive the tracking email by close of the expected dispatch day, be sure to check your spam filter.

Please note - like all suppliers who rely on transport systems, we are subject to the vagaries of third-party logistics. Occasional delays can occur due to peak periods or inclement weather, so we recommend that you build in adequate delivery buffer time in accordance with the importance of your gift occasion.



When is my order processed?

Orders received before 1:00pm Mon-Fri are generally processed the same day, and dispatched the following business day. Orders received after 1:00pm are generally dispatched within 36 business hours. Weekend orders are usually dispatched on the following Tuesday morning (except long weekends). Once freight for your order is booked, we email you a tracking number and link to track the progress of your delivery.

When will I receive the order?

At present, the average transit time across the United States is 1.9 days. 98% of orders are received within 1-3 business days after dispatch. This is generally 2-5 days after order placement.

Note: FedEx may use a subcontractor to deliver to some remote regions. This may increase the delivery time to remote areas.

Are there any costs associated with the delivery of my order?

There are zero costs for delivering your orders. We take care of all freight charges.

Can I keep track of my order?

Yes, once we ship your order, we email you a number and a link to the tracking web page for the carriers. 

Where possible, we suggest you arrange your purchases to be sent to your place of work. If nobody is available, and there is nowhere safe to leave your package, FedEx may leave a calling card which explains how the goods can be collected or redelivered. You can read more about order tracking here.

Can you deliver to a Post Office Box?

No, our carrier is unfortunately unable to deliver to a post office box. Please make sure you provide a street address, which can be residential, or your workplace.

Can you do International deliveries?

Yes we deliver to most countries around the globe. There are over 50 destinations in our drop down country list which you will find during the checkout. International freight is free and delivered via FedEx. Some countries may charge duty before releasing the delivery. If duty is required, FedEx will call you and be able to take a credit card payment for duty over the phone. Most international deliveries take between 2-10 days. A signature will be required upon delivery.
